So you know before we speak whether we are the right fit. A first conversation is an hour of your time, and you should spend it on your project, not on finding out what it costs.
Yes. After a first conversation you receive a fixed-price proposal. If the scope changes along the way, we agree the change in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Half to begin, a quarter when you approve the design and the final quarter at launch. Care plans and assistant care are billed monthly and can be cancelled with thirty days’ notice.
Third-party subscriptions stay in your name and are paid directly by you: your domain, email, booking or shop software, and any paid photography or licensed images. We tell you what each will cost before you commit.
Our smallest website engagement is the Refresh, from $7,500. If your project needs less than that, a good template builder may serve you well, and we will say so honestly.
Yes. We work with clients across the United States by video, and meet in person anywhere around the Chesapeake.
