Privacy policy

Carly Richards Interiors app. Updated 4 November 2026.

What the app keeps

Your name and email as your designer entered them, the messages and photos you send, and your approvals, signatures and visit bookings. They are stored on a server run for the studio by Bay House Digital, and are seen only by you and the studio.

What it doesn't do

No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and no selling or sharing of your information.

Camera and photos

The app opens your camera or photo library only when you choose to send Carly a photo.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Account, then Delete account. Your sign-in, messages and photos are removed. The studio keeps signed contracts and invoices, as the law requires.
