Step one: write it together
We start with conversations, not a manuscript. You tell us the story you want to tell, the people in it, the place it happens and how you want a reader to feel on the last page. From there we build an outline and draft chapter by chapter.
AI is a real help here. It lets us brainstorm alternatives, draft a scene for you to react to, check continuity across three hundred pages and polish sentences quickly. But it works under your direction. You decide what happens, you rewrite what does not sound like you, and you approve every chapter. The book is yours because the choices are yours.
Step two: publish it properly on Amazon
Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing gives authors free tools to self-publish ebooks and paperbacks. The tools are simple; doing it well is not. We handle the cover, the interior layout, the description, keywords and categories, the series set-up and launch pricing, and we publish under your own account so royalties go straight to you.
We are also straightforward about AI. Amazon's content guidelines require authors to disclose AI-generated content when they publish, and we complete that disclosure honestly for every book.
Step three: launch with a website and two social platforms
A book on Amazon with nowhere else to find its author is a book that sells once. We build you an author website like our example author site for Vivienne Rhodes: the latest book front and center, a clear reading order, the first chapter to read on a phone, and a free novella or bonus chapter in exchange for an email address. Then we set up the two social platforms where your readers spend their time, with launch posts written and scheduled.
Step four: grow with automation
