Bay House Digital is a small web design studio in Annapolis, Maryland, founded by Michael Flynn. We design and hand-build websites, from $7,500, and add AI assistants that answer enquiries and keep your calendar. We meet in Annapolis or by video, and work across Anne Arundel County, the Eastern Shore, Washington, DC and the rest of the United States.

Michael has spent his career where storytelling meets technology. He began as NBC4 Washington’s first digital journalist, appearing on MSNBC, TODAY and CNN, then led communications and new media for Meals on Wheels Association of America.
Today he leads AI adoption as a digital director at AARP. At Bay House Digital he brings both halves together: sites that look the part, and AI that handles the busywork behind them.

Our prices are published. A Refresh of an existing site starts at $7,500, a bespoke Signature Site at $12,500, and the Full Commission, a site with AI assistance behind it, at $25,000. Every project ends in a fixed-price proposal, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
Yes. The studio is in Annapolis, so we meet clients downtown, in Eastport or anywhere around the Chesapeake. Clients elsewhere in the United States work with us by video.
Yes. We build for businesses across Anne Arundel County, the Eastern Shore and Washington, DC, and for clients anywhere in the country.
A Refresh takes two to three weeks, a Signature Site six to eight weeks, and a site with AI assistance ten to twelve weeks.
Not the rules: the Historic Preservation Commission reviews changes to buildings, not websites. It changes the story. Shops, inns, restoration firms and architects in the district win work by showing they understand it, and we build the pages that show it.
Yes. Any site we build can take an assistant later, starting with a Week Review that shows which one would save you the most time.
