Daniel came to Annapolis as a midshipman and never left. He has sold waterfront homes here for thirty years and co-founded the firm with Catherine in 2009.

He knows the water the way other agents know school districts: which creeks silt, which piers will pass a permit, how a northeast wind sits on a particular shore. Buyers who are new to waterfront living often start with him.

Daniel holds a U.S. Coast Guard captain's license and will happily show a house from the water.
