Before she sold houses, Priya surveyed them: she trained as an architectural historian and spent six years documenting buildings for a preservation nonprofit.

She now sells the oldest homes in Annapolis, in the Historic District, Murray Hill and Wardour, and helps buyers understand the Historic Preservation Commission, preservation easements and the real costs of an old house before they fall in love with one.
